General information

Meščanka flats are located in the old centre of Ljubljana, right next to the river, below the castle.

Set in a historic house in the heart of Ljubljana, the flats were completely renovated in 2011 and offer the comfort of home. Every flat has its own bathroom, almost all have their own kitchen. Every flat has at least two beds (twin or double), air-conditioning, flat screen cable TV, internet access and a cosy couch which can be stretched out in to a bed. The elegantly furbished rooms represent a mix between renovated traditional furniture and modern design.

Overlooking the river between the two most famous bridges and right next to Prešeren square, the location of the flats is perfect for discovering Ljubljana. Each flat of Meščanka (pronounced 'Meshchanka', meaning City Lady) is named after an important and independent woman of Ljubljana from the past, i.e. writers, poets, painters.

All the necessities are within 5 minutes walking distance: from lots of restaurants, caffe bars, shops, grocery stores, pharmacy, parking etc. The train station is 10 minutes by foot away, while the city is 25 km from the Brnik Airport.
